Throughout July, our projects—Sunset Gardens and Sun District—saw progress across various construction fronts, ranging from structural work to installations and finishing touches.
Sunset Gardens: New homes advance toward the next stages
In July, Sunset Gardens continued to show steady progress in its second phase.
A major milestone during this period was the completion of foundation work for 53 homes. Of these, 34 have reached the stage of slab and wall construction, while 19 others have the vertical steel reinforcement in place, ready for the concrete-pouring process.
Progress is also extending to the finishing stages. In the first five homes, interior plastering, flooring installation, and bathroom tiling have been carried out.
Concurrently, work on the project’s infrastructure continues, including the installation of street lighting and valves for the potable water supply to the homes.
These developments allow various construction processes to take place simultaneously, ensuring the continued execution of this phase.
Upcoming work at Sunset Gardens
In the coming period, efforts will focus on continuing the concrete pouring for slabs and walls as part of the next segment of the second phase, as well as advancing with floor and wall finishes.
Plans are also in place to begin new excavations and structural reinforcement work, while ongoing tasks related to street lighting and potable water infrastructure will continue.
The first part of this phase is currently scheduled for delivery by the contractor in December 2026, with the second part slated for March 2027.
Sun District Makes Progress Across Multiple Construction Fronts
At Sun District, the month of July was marked by simultaneous work across various blocks and areas of the project.
Structural work continued on Towers A, B, and C, while Blocks D and E moved into the finishing and cleaning phases. Work was also carried out on the balconies of these blocks, alongside the construction of the security gatehouse.
Another key area of focus is the project’s infrastructure. During this period, work was underway on electrical installations and components related to the potable water system.
Upcoming tasks include continued progress on Towers A, B, and C, as well as work on social areas, parking facilities, and other components of the development.
Monitoring Is Also Part of the Construction Process
A real estate project evolves through multiple, concurrent processes. While some units may still be in the structural phase, others may be advancing toward installations, cladding, or final finishes.
