“The main challenge I had to face was that back then, no one believed in young people. No one believed in my project; everyone thought it could be a failure. But persistence tells me today that wasn’t the case.”

“It was quite a challenge. Believing this area would develop and taking my modest savings to invest year after year in land here… today we see the fruits of those investments.”

“The first 500 homes we built, the land cost was zero. People didn’t know it, but we did it that way so they could have their homes at a much lower price.”
